I couldn’t be happier with the service! They did an incredible job cleaning our carpets and made everything look and feel fresh again. They were professional, friendly, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work.

The attention to detail really stood out, and the difference in the carpets was amazing. They took their time, treated our home with care, and made the entire process easy from start to finish.

It’s refreshing to work with a company that provides great customer service and delivers exactly what they promise. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional carpet cleaning company. We will definitely be using them

Mountain view carpet care has excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional, friendly, and arrived right on time. Richard was very flexible and came out twice on short notice! They did an amazing job cleaning our carpets—they look and smell so much better, and stains I thought were permanent are completely gone. They were thorough, efficient, and took great care of our home. The pricing was fair, and the whole experience was hassle-free. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company and will definitely use them again!

I can’t say enough good things about Mountain View Carpet Care! When I realized my carpets really needed professional help, I looked at Google and saw more than twenty different companies listed. Honestly, I felt a little overwhelmed trying to choose the right one.

So, I did what I’ve learned to do, I said a prayer and asked God to guide me to the right company. Right after that, I picked up the phone and called Mountain View Carpet Care. And I’m so glad I did!

They showed up on time, worked hard, and did a wonderful job. My carpets look fresh, clean, and better than I imagined. Their professionalism, care, and quality service really stood out.

I’m grateful I found them and will definitely be calling again in the future. Highly recommend!

Thank You Lord for Your direction🙏

Rich and Mountain View Carpet Care work magic! My dad had used Rich for years to clean his carpets and was always very pleased. We are now trying to sell my dad’s house and after a sibling living there, us sorting through things and an estate sale, the carpets were in dire need of cleaning. I thought they needed replacing. We called upon Rich to clean the carpets one last time, with me fully expecting some of the black stains to remain. Well, Rich worked his magic and the carpets turned out way better than I expected with ALL of the stains and traffic marks gone. I would, without hesitation, hire Rich for any carpet issues you may have. He works efficiently and professionally to provide the best service possible.
Thank you Rich for taking such good care of our dad’s carpets over the years. He enjoyed your service and results.

Richard and his team were able to come over immediately to take care of the carpets in 2 rooms in under an hour! Not only were they fast but the carpets look and smell amazing, and his costumer service was excellent. I will definitely be reaching out again when we need carpet cleaning services, as well as when we need any pressure washing done outside the home. Thanks guys!

I called a few carpet cleaning companies in Vancouver WA and they either didn’t answer or quoted something insane for pet cleaning. Rich promptly answered the phone and was super straightforward on his process. He truly sold me on his machine. He was patient as we rounded up our animals and was in and out in an hour. Carpets smell amazing and look spotless!! He also knows just about everyone in the area and I know I can trust him for a referral for other home services. Thanks so much Rich!

I couldn’t be more pleased! They (Rich and Dakota) were so accommodating for scheduling- tho they are very busy, they notified me of their arrival (which was when they estimated they could come) SUPER professional and enjoyable to talk with, very detailed and thorough, protected corners and my “stuff”… my old carpet looks FANTASTIC (I wouldn’t have believed it could look so brand new again) and they were so efficient with their time.
Yay for Mountain View Carpet Care…. I will be using their services again and HIGHLY recommend them…..they’re really good people❤️

Rich and his son did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning the carpets in the house. There was a lot of dirt from pets and everyday wear and tear. Rich was able to see some pet stains with extra lights and glasses that he carried so that he could pre-treat those areas. Everything looks great and he was reasonably priced. His experience and attention to detail really showed while he was here and after he left. The carpets look awesome! I am so pleased and would highly recommend Mountain View Carpet Cleaning!

What an amazing job!! detecting where the problems were followed by solutions. We had dog pee everywhere and couldn’t see it. I thought the price would go up substantially but it did not, very affordable! Communication was great and they showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Great job and very professional all around. Would use them again.

Just had them do my carpets, Living room, bedroom and office. Beautiful work, and even though I pointed out some animal spot areas, they let me know that they didn’t see a need for the extra priced cleaning supplies, the regular would be good enough. Quick job, excellent work. Would definitely recommend.

Richard and his son, Dakota, did an absolutely fantastic job on our carpets which had not been cleaned in years. They had been described as "miracle workers" from two of our friends who used their services before and I have to agree. They dealt extremely well with the traffic pattern that had become very unsightly to the point where it is not noticeable if you really were not looking for it. The rest of the carpets just needed cleaning and they look new. Richard and Dakota did great at communicating with us and actually showed up on time which is a rare commodity. They had top of the life equipment (and I wish I had known about their soft pressure washing business sooner) and the knowledge to use that equipment to the fullest. I would look no further than Richard and Dakota for your carpet care needs. They took the time to care for our wood work, front porch and showed respect for the house. I certainly would use them again and highly recommend them.

Not your typical 1980's carpet cleaning service. These guys are phenomenal, professional, courteous, fast and throughout. He's not going to ask you for ducktape to repair his equipment while hes cleaning your carpets like the other carpet cleaning companies do. He has state of the art, high tech equipment that did the job the first time that 3 other companies came and failed to actually do correctly. Highly highly highly recommend. Will use again forsure.

Rich was great! Very professional and he told me exactly what I was going to pay. Excellent level of communication throughout the whole process - I received emails about the service date and time and text messages letting me know when Rich was on his way and when they were done. My light tan carpets had a few serious stains from kids, black grease from doors, spilled grenadine, and worst of all a yellow-tinted spot from a moss killer spray bottle leak. He got them all out and they look amazing (as if we never lived there)! Rich showed up exactly on time, even offered to be early, and his team was professional, courteous, kind, fast, and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend these guys. No bull and all clean. Plus, they saved me quite a bit (estimate $5k) on new carpets. You definitely get what you pay for here! Thank you, Rich!

Rich and Mountain View Carpet Care have over 220 5-Star ratings for a reason! We just used MVCC based on overwhelming recommendations from a couple of our neighbors who've used Rich exclusively for years. And, their enthusiastic recommendations were 100% on point! Bottom line, Rich and his son were excellent to work with and did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our carpeting (and one room that even had an entire box of red wine spilled on/in it a year ago) . . . (yes, a "BOX" of red wine). (Don't judge, haha!) They performed thorough prep, pre-treat, rotary cleaning and then rinse. Dirt gone. Stains gone. Red wine...GONE! Our carpets look and feel like new again. I will be recommending Rich and MVCC to everyone I know . . . and to all of you as well!

We rent our house out as an AirBnB. Right before Christmas we had the dreaded misfortune that one of the renters used our house for a huge party, unbeknownst to us. We discovered this catastrophe at noon and a new group of guests were set to arrive the same day at 4:00. The house smelled of thick smoke from both cigarettes and cannabis. The rugs were stained with ink and there was mud and dirt tracked in everywhere. In a panic, I called Rich, who had been there literally the week before to do our annual rug cleaning. With such short notice I thought it was a long shot that he could help us. When he got the call, Rich didn’t skip a beat - he said he was 18 minutes away and he would be there in 25 minutes. They showed up, dealt with the mess, even when nothing had been vacuumed. They got all the ink stains out and made the carpets look fantastic. Their products helped so much in eliminating some of the pot smell too. I don’t even know what I would have done without MountainView’s help. They were great - sympathetic, capable and efficient. Don’t hesitate to use their services for anything in your home!

First time I used Mountain View Carpet, but I was very pleased. I have 25 year old carpets and they now look like brand new carpet. Super and very friendly too. Thanks for a great job.

Always a first class service with these guys. This particular visit was to help with some pet stains in a room where the carpet was new as of November. They are always my go-to carpet cleaners and always will be.

Mountain View Carpet Care provided a deep cleaning that we didn't get from our prior cleaners. They were on time and very professional. They were even able to assist with scheduling under some tight timelines.

Rich really knows what he's doing, and is up to date on the newest equipment and methods for all things carpet cleaning. He really takes pride in his craft - a rare trait these days. He's also a great conversationalist and just all around friendly dude. His assistant was also on the ball and very attentive. The two worked great together and were perfectly in sync, sometimes it seemed like they could read each others minds. I have no doubt in my mind that Rich is the best around. He did an excellent job communicating when he would be at my house, and he showed up right when he said he would. If something unexpected came up and he was going to be late, I have no doubt in my mind he would've called to let me know asap. 11 out of 10 would recommend!

As a property manager I am needing carpets cleaned all the time. I met Rich (Mountain View Carpet Care) by chance quite a few years ago and he's taken care of me ever since. He does a great job, he's prompt, and very knowledgeable in his field. I trust him to do a great job on my rental homes. - Chad Zoller

Richard and his crew were amazingly professional, quick and extremely thorough. I didn’t think these carpets could be saved, but now they look fantastic! They sent me notice when they were on their way, even arrived early, and walked me through everything they were going to do and if there was anything special that needed to be done. All-in-all I would highly recommend Mountain View Carpet Care to anyone. Great results, very efficient and honestly, a very great value!

I have a little dog (Walter) who to say the least has struggled with potty training. When I say struggled, I mean he’s the worst dog I’ve ever owned. He is a dachshund and is 2 years old and is barely better than a brand new puppy. Ughhh! I have tried to clean his numerous spots with my own carpet cleaner but have always been unable to get the entire stain up. Mountain View Carpet Care was recommended to me from my daughter. I decided to give them a try. Richard was able to get me scheduled quickly, showed up on time and was very professional. He showed me with the black light how many times Walter has been a bad dog and I was sick. After the treatment my carpets are beautiful and my home feels so much fresher. I will recommend Richard and Mountain View Carpet Care every chance I get. I will also recommend never getting a dachshund.

OMG, I absolutely love what Richard and his son did to my carpet. He came in and totally explained what he was going to do. I have cats and once he knew that he totally went to town. Not only does my carpet look awesome, he left his fans at my house to help dry my carpet...it was down pouring outside.
I will totally recommend Mr. View to all my friends.
It's no wonder he's been doing this forever. Thank you Richard for caring about your customers.

Mountain View Carpeting was called at the last minute after another carpet cleaner had to cancel. They worked us into their busy schedule to accommodate our having guests arrive the next day. They did an excellent job cleaning the pet stains from the previous owners pets and the carpets looked new. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My dog had explosive bloody diarrhea in several spots on our family room carpet. I was certain the carpet would need replacing. I called Mountain View Carpet Cleaning on a Sunday morning and Richard responded and came over right away. He assessed the situation and got to work. Within 30 minutes, the carpet was clean, good as new, no spots or stains. Thank you, Mountain View!

This is my third experience with Mt View carpet. I would recommend Richard to anybody. His prices are fair, he is prompt and he is very honest. I had red food coloring on my carpet and he told me up front he may not be able to get it out. He did a great job the dye is still there not for lack of trying but richard referred me to another professional to help replace that part of my carpet, saving me money in replacing the whole carpet. Much appreciated Richard , Thank you!

Super nice super amazing. Made carpets look better than when I moved in. My roommate used Stanley Steamers with less damage and got less results. Super quick too! I will be calling again for the rest of my carpets!

Mountain View was the most reasonably priced in the Vancouver area. They arrived on time with text updates of when they were en route. Richard was very professional and provided us with a complimentary bottle of spot cleaner. Will use them yearly to maintain my carpets life.

Had our entire upstairs carpets cleaned by Mountain Carpets. They did amazing job and were very friendly to work with. I would highly recommend them and getting your carpets steamed cleaned (like getting your teeth cleaned at a dentist vs your daily brushing) carpets are left looking brighter and cleaner, plus it keeps us in compliance for our carpet warranty. The team worked well and thanks to their extra efforts my carpets were left lightly damp (vrs wet) and dried quickly.

Mountain View saved me! We were set to move into our new house and the Stanley Steamer clean made the pet odor worse! Richard was amazing- I called him in a panic and moving day was the next day. He met me at my new house, assessed the situation (omg- black lighting your house is so gross but a must if you want it clean!) and made tome for me the next day. My carpets smell new and fresh- NO pet odor! I highly recommend Mountain View- they saved me big time!!
