Step 1: Pre-Inspection

Step 2: Furniture Moving

Step 3: Pre-Spot

Depending on the types of spots we identify in our walk-through with you, we may pre-treat them with specific pH neutralizing sprays. Don’t worry, all our products are green and safe for the family!

Step 4: Pre-Spray and Pre-Groom

Your carpet will be pre-conditioned with the appropriate product in order to suspend the soil for more effective soil and spot removal.
