A Local Carpet Cleaner for Orchards Homes
Orchards is the unincorporated community east of I-205, centered on NE 117th Avenue, where SR-500 and SR-503 share the road between Fourth Plain Boulevard and Padden Parkway. Most Orchards homes have a Vancouver mailing address in the 98682 ZIP code, and the west edge reaches into 98662. Richard cleans carpet all around the area, including Sifton, Five Corners and the neighborhoods near Heritage High School and Orchards Community Park.
This is a one-person business. Richard answers the phone, gives the estimate, does the cleaning and walks through the results with you at the end. There is no call center and no rotating crew, so you always know who is coming to your door. Mountain View Carpet Care is Licensed and Insured.

What We Do
What to Expect
Booking a carpet cleaning in Orchards should be simple. Here is how a typical visit goes.
- Call or request an estimate. Tell Richard how many rooms and stairs you have and mention any problem spots. Estimates are free.
- Walk-through. When Richard arrives, he walks the job with you, looks at traffic lanes and spots, and points out anything that may not come out completely.
- Pre-treatment and cleaning. Spots and heavy traffic areas are pre-treated, then the carpet is cleaned with hot water extraction. The Prochem Everest 650 truck mount stays out in the van, heats the water and powers the vacuum, and only the hoses come inside.
- Grooming and drying. The carpet pile is groomed so it dries evenly and looks uniform. Speed drying with fans is available if you need the room back sooner.
- Final walk-through. Before he leaves, Richard walks through the results with you so you can see the difference.
We stand behind our work and will make it right if you’re not satisfied.
