What We Do
What to Expect
Booking a carpet cleaning should be simple. Here is how a typical visit goes.
- Call or request an estimate. Tell Rich how many rooms and stairs you have and mention any problem spots. Estimates are free.
- Walk-through. When Rich arrives, he walks the job with you, looks at traffic lanes and spots, and points out anything that may not come out completely.
- Pre-treatment and cleaning. Spots and heavy traffic areas are pre-treated, then the carpet is cleaned with truck-mounted hot water extraction. The main equipment stays in the van, and only the hoses come inside.
- Grooming and drying. The carpet pile is groomed so it dries evenly and looks uniform. Speed drying with fans is available if you need the room back sooner.
- Final walk-through. Before he leaves, Rich walks through the results with you so you can see the difference.
We stand behind our work and will make it right if you’re not satisfied.
