Next, we pre-condition your carpet with the right product to suspend the soil, so soil and spots come out more easily. Our pre-conditioner is also an environmentally friendly product, tested and approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute. When the soil level calls for it, we also pre-groom the carpet with a carpet groomer or pile lifting machine. This further loosens soil in traffic areas.

Once the soil is loose, our truck-mounted hot water extraction process thoroughly flushes the carpet pile. We also regulate pressure and heat so the carpet does not get over-wet.
