Step 1: Pre-Inspection

Before any cleaning starts, we walk the rooms with you. We look at traffic areas, carpet type and problem spots, and we tell you up front if a stain might be permanent.

Step 2: Furniture Moving

If you would like the sofa moved so we can clean under it, we will do it for no extra charge.

Step 3: Pre-Spot

We figure out what caused each spot during the walk-through. Then we may pre-treat it with a pH neutralizing spray that fits that spot. All of our products are green and family safe.

Step 4: Pre-Spray and Pre-Groom

Then we pre-spray with an environmentally friendly pre-conditioner that is tested and approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute. It holds the soil up so it comes out in the rinse. If the soil is heavy, a carpet groomer or pile lifting machine works it loose first.

Step 5: Extract and Rinse

With the soil loosened, our truck-mounted hot water extraction rinses the carpet pile deep down. We control the heat and pressure so the carpet does not get too wet. This rinse also sanitizes and deodorizes. We then make a second extraction pass, which helps air quality and helps the carpet dry faster.

Step 6: Neutralizer

To keep sticky residue from staying in the carpet, we pH balance it. This goes on as a rinse through the machine or after the rinse, depending on the soil.

Step 7: Post Spot Treatment

Any spots still showing after cleaning get specialty spotting treatment. We follow written steps for each kind of spot. Please note that stains the technician marks as possibly permanent may not come out.

Step 8: Fabric Protection – Optional

If you want it, we apply fabric protection to help guard against dry soil and liquid spills. Adding it after every professional cleaning helps the carpet keep its look longer.

Step 9: Speed Dry (Premium Package)

We set up high velocity air movers on the carpet so it dries in less time.

Step 10: Post Grooming

Then we set the carpet pile in one direction with a carpet rake. This improves the look and also helps the carpet dry.

Step 11: Post Cleaning Inspection

Finally, our technician walks through your home with you to show you the results. We want to make sure you are completely happy with the job.
